Refund policy

GFWI do not offer refunds, discounts or exchange for

  • Incorrect Purchases
  • Change in mind after cutting the cloth

The word “Final” is best suited in this scenario.

Please follow the product labeled description, since we cannot support any claim for fabrics that were improperly laundered. We cannot guarantee the color of the fabrics as seen over the GFWI website due to variances beyond our control, such as computer display settings. In case you found any GFWI product defective, we will exchange the product at no expense, or if we are unable to do this due to the non-availability of the item, we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping cost.
